お支払いは、クレジット、代引き、銀行振込、PayPal をご利用いただけます。
ご注文内容・合計金額・ご希望のお支払い方法に応じた決済についてのご案内を記したご注文確認メールをお送りいたします。
注文確定メールから1週間ほど作品をお取り置きさせていただきます。お支払いお手続きをお済ませください。
お客様のお支払いを確認後、梱包手配が済み次第、発送いたします。場合によっては10日ほどお時間をいただく場合がございます。発送完了後、送り状の伝票番号をお知らせします。

作品は基本的に一点ものです。タイミングによってはご希望の作品をお届けできない場合もございます。
その場合は追って、担当者よりメールにて、連絡させていただきます。ご容赦くださいますよう、よろしくお願い申し上げます。

Prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs will be provided separately.
We accept payment via credit card, cash on delivery, bank transfer and PayPal.
You will be sent a confirmation email containing your order details,total payment amount, and information on how to finalisepayment via your preferred payment method.
Following your order confirmation email, your order will be reserved for you for up to one week until you complete your payment.
Once we have confirmation of payment, your order will be dispatched in 7-10days.
Once it has been sent for delivery we will send you an invoice with your order number.

Each item is a unique work of art. Depending on the timing, in some cases it may not be possible for you to receive your desired item.
In such a case, a member of staff will get in contact with you by email as soon as possible. We hope we can rely on your understanding should such an event occur.
